Consulting at the proposal stage: feasibility studies
Thanks to hundreds of verified installations worldwide (map link), Brofind® can support customers of all sizes and sectors with technical feasibility analysis services. This analysis includes a comparison with hundreds of already realized plants, with the goal of finding proven and effective solutions while also dimensioning the item according to the customer’s specific productive situation.
Engineering, project management and installation services
Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, software and automation engineering
We carry out the basic activities of mechanical and electrical product engineering with dedicated in-house staff. This guarantees independent and flexible management of these important project phases and allows us to tackle and solve complex problems, provide quick and competent answers and modify and adapt any technical solution to changing conditions.
Brofind® has a software and automation department (link career) dedicated to the creation of customised software according to customer requirements in order to
- remotely control any production process, even with IA modules
- continuously monitor plant efficiency
- manage LEL (Lower Explosion Limit) measurement systems
- Perform mass balance estimation of pollutants in air pollution control systems and related reports
- Estimate the energy balance of plants and apply for white/green certificates.
Project Management
Project management is necessary to ensure that project objectives are met according to agreed quality levels, timelines and budgets. Each Brofind® project is managed by project managers with years of experience, who are able to organise internal and external resources precisely within a tightly scheduled work plan. The project manager is the direct point of contact for each client for all activities up to project delivery.
Pre-commissioning, commissioning and installation
We provide all the services required to complete the physical ‘deployment’ of the equipment on the customer’s production line. Our qualified technicians are directly involved in the delicate stages of commissioning and calibration to achieve the required legal limits.
After Sales Services
Brofind® provides assistance throughout the plant’s life cycle and, thanks to its specialised technicians, supports all customer needs in this area, such as:
- Mechanical and electro-instrumental maintenance
- Burner maintenance and overhaul of combustion systems
- Maintenance of heat recovery and distribution systems
- Work on catalyser or activated carbon charges
- Remote control and remote assistance 24H – 7/7
- Sale of spare parts
- Software updating and automation
One of the flagships of the Brofind® offer is also the BROFIND PAC: a service to optimise operating conditions and prevent accidental shutdowns and/or sudden plant breakdowns that provides:
- The remote monitoring, at preset intervals, of process parameters
- The periodic check for any malfunctions and/or alarms, even non-blocking ones
Extraordinary maintenance, revamping and second-hand management
Brofind® carries out activities to restore abatement plants (revamping) by acting on all critical parts of the plant, even for third-party production plants. In order to carry out a functional revamp on an old or used plant, Brofind® has developed a certified verification procedure that involves

Used equipment management
Brofind® provides customers with its extensive network of contacts to facilitate and simplify the sale of used plant and equipment to third parties. In addition to these services, we are able to propose evaluation surveys in order to identify the value class of the asset to be sold.
