The headquarters is located in MILAN, near the fascinating Porta Nuova district, on a subway crossroads: here we work to create an environment that reconciles work and personal needs by creating areas for relaxation and conviviality. Over the years, Brofind has been able to build up a network of first-rate collaborators and employees, creating a solid structure capable of managing any type of project in all its aspects. The teamwork, carried out by qualified professionals specialised in specific technical fields, is divided into the following departments, which work in synergy with each other:

Process Engineering Department

The Process Engineering Department is concerned with determining how the abatement and recovery process takes place under the various operating conditions in which the plant is to operate. An attempt is then made to define the evolution of the abatement process at different stages, in order to address any current or potential difficulties by applying appropriate engineering solutions.

Mechanical Engineering Department

The Mechanical Engineering Department is responsible for the development of the mechanical study of the project, focusing on the realisation of the product from a construction point of view and ensuring the technical standards required by the customer. Within the Mechanical Engineering Department, the role of the Project Managers is of paramount importance, who are responsible for the timely completion of the job entrusted to them.

Electrical Instrumentation Department

The electrical and instrumentation department defines the tools and electrical diagrams used to operate the plant according to the specifications of the process engineering department. It is responsible for producing all the hardware that makes up the electrical equipment of an abatement and recovery plant.

Software and Automation Department

The Software and Automation Department realizes the software dedicated to the various applications, customizing its operation according to the customer’s needs and the plant’s operation.

Commissioning, start-up and technical assistance department

The department in question manages all the personnel involved in the start-up and commissioning activities, as well as the after-sales technical assistance activities, also guaranteed by remote connection, thus providing a continuous technical support service at every moment of the machine’s life. The complete in-house design of the machine allows Brofind to study and adapt the plant to the minimum needs of the customer in every respect. The full and continuous collaboration between the different departments allows the customer to acquire a technological product made to measure, and developed without delegating any design detail to third parties, an element that distinguishes Brofind from several competitors.

OPEN POSITIONS

All CVs are reviewed by the HR team and, if they meet the current selection criteria, they are invited to a preliminary interview to assess their motivation for change, willingness to engage and grow, and to explain the opportunities on offer. This is followed by a technical interview with the area managers, depending on the position to be filled.

Given the international nature of the company, language skills will be positively assessed for each position.
