Competencies and skills

  • 1-5 years’ experience in sales of industrial plant engineering or related fields.
  • Diploma or degree in engineering, economics or related disciplines.
  • Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Italian mother language and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings with customers and trade fairs.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a customer portfolio in the industrial plant engineering sector.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the solutions offered are in line with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Hierarchical reporting

  • The profile will report to the Sales Director

Employment contract

The expected contractual classification is open-ended (possibility of internship for more junior profiles), CCNL commerce.

Descrizione dell’azienda

BROFIND® fornisce, da oltre 30 anni, impianti completi chiavi in mano per l’abbattimento degli inquinanti in atmosfera, con una specifica competenza nel trattamento di Composti Organici Volatili, fumi acidi e inquinanti inorganici. L’azienda, inoltre, progetta e realizza sistemi industriali di ottimizzazione e recupero energetico. Competenze e skills

  •  1-5 anni di esperienza nella vendita di impiantistica industriale o settori affini.
  •  Diploma o laurea in ingegneria, economia o discipline correlate.
  • Forte attitudine commerciale e capacità di negoziazione.
  • Capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
  •  Lingua madre italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato).
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare per incontri con clienti e fiere di settore.

Mansioni e responsabilità

  • Sviluppare e gestire un portafoglio clienti nel settore dell’impiantistica industriale.
  • Identificare nuove opportunità di vendita e ampliare la base clienti.
  • Preparare e presentare offerte commerciali e negoziare contratti.
  • Collaborare con il team tecnico per garantire che le soluzioni offerte siano in linea con le esigenze del cliente.
  • Monitorare le tendenze di mercato e la concorrenza per identificare nuove opportunità di business.
  • Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore per promuovere i prodotti e servizi dell’azienda.
  • Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita assegnati.

Brofind® is looking for a Junior Sales Manager with 1-5 years of experience in industrial plant sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial orientation, the ability to build lasting customer relationships and an interest in the technology and plant engineering sector.

BROFIND® has been providing, for over 30 years, complete turnkey plants for the abatement of pollutants in the atmosphere, with specific expertise in the treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds, acid fumes and inorganic pollutants. The company also designs and implements industrial systems for optimisation and energy recovery. Competencies and skills

  • 1-5 years’ experience in sales of industrial plant engineering or related fields.
  • Diploma or degree in engineering, economics or related disciplines.
  • Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Italian mother language and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings with customers and trade fairs.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a customer portfolio in the industrial plant engineering sector.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the solutions offered are in line with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Hierarchical reporting

  • The profile will report to the Sales Director

Employment contract

The expected contractual classification is open-ended (possibility of internship for more junior profiles), CCNL commerce.
